1. Booking and Reservations

By booking a tour with Gibraltar Private Tours, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Payment

Payment is due in cash at the end of the tour. We accept payment in British Pounds (GBP) or Euros (EUR). Prices are quoted in British Pounds and include all applicable taxes. Euro payments will be converted at the current exchange rate.

3. Tour Duration and Itinerary

Tour durations are approximate and may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, and group preferences. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary if necessary for safety or operational reasons.

4. Participant Responsibilities

  • Arrive at the designated meeting point on time
  • Follow the guide's instructions at all times
  • Respect local laws, customs, and protected areas
  • Inform us of any medical conditions or mobility issues that may affect your participation

5. Age and Health Requirements

Tours are suitable for most fitness levels. Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision and safety of minors. Please inform us of any health concerns prior to booking.

6. Liability

Gibraltar Private Tours maintains appropriate insurance. However, participants are responsible for their personal belongings and participate at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where caused by our negligence.

7. Photography

We may take photographs during tours for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
