Cancellations made by the customer:

• More than 48 hours in advance: 100% full refund
• Between 24-48 hours before the tour: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Booking modifications:

You may modify the date and time of your tour at no additional charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Weather-related cancellations:

If weather conditions make the tour unsafe or significantly less enjoyable, we offer:

• Reschedule the tour at no additional charge
• Full refund if rescheduling is not possible

Cancellations by Gibraltar Private Tours:

If we must cancel your tour for any reason, you will receive a 100% full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.

Refund process:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the same original payment method.
